FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WILL I RECEIVE A PAPER TICKET?

No, all our ticketing is done electronically and you will not receive a paper ticket. If you have lost your email confirmation, we can re-send the e-tickets to you, just drop us a message. We prefer to minimise our carbon footprint and encourage you to save your tickets to your phone rather than printing but whatever suits you best. 

 

2. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own supplies, except alcohol (due to licensing restrictions all alcohol must be supplied & monitored by our team but don't worry we have plenty!). Please dispose of your own rubbish/waste and we kindly ask that guests take this home to be recycled. No glass is allowed at any of our events, any glass will be removed and may be collected at the end of the event.

 

3. WHAT TIME DOES THE FILM START?

The film times can vary slightly depending on sunset and can differ on the night by up to 30 minutes depending on the conditions. It is never before sunset and never before the published time listed on our website/facebook.

4. CAN UNDER 18’S COME TO A SCREENING?

No admittance to guests under the age rating of each film. ID may be required.

No guests under 18 are permitted to consume alcohol at the event.

 

5. CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Assistance dogs are welcome at our events. Please clean all mess and if your dog makes any noise please be aware you may be asked to leave.

6. CAN I SMOKE?

As our events are open air, smoking is permitted but we ask you to respect those around you and request you move to an area that will not be impactful on other guests.

 

7. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Our open-air cinema is an outdoor event and will go ahead in the event of rain. If the forecast is less than favourable on the day please come prepared for the conditions. Umbrellas are permitted during the film screening but please be considerate of other guests. We will only cancel an event in the event of extreme high winds which create a concern for public safety, should this happen we will email all ticket holders the moment the decision has been made. As yet we have never needed to cancel a screening due to weather.

8. CAN I GET A REFUND?

We cannot issue refunds but your tickets are transferable so please feel free to sell your tickets should you not be able to attend. Just email us with your name, confirmation you have sold your tickets & the new attendees name/s & email address.

9. WHAT IF I ASK NICELY OR GET ANGRY?

The above rules apply to all guests. Please be aware that we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards our team or other guests under any circumstances and any such behaviour will result in ejection from site.

10. GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE

Should you have any issues please do not hesitate to contact us. We prefer to try to sort issues out in the moment so please raise your problem with one of our team who will be happy to help.
